A Diet to Live By


I'm about to stir things up a bit. You can loose weight and eat whatever you want
on an organic diet. It's the easiest "diet" to stick to because there are no restrictions on what foods you eat, only that they are organic.

You can eat organic ice cream, organic cakes, organic burgers, organic chocolate, whatever you desire. How do I know this? I've lived an organic lifestyle for years now, researching and absorbing everything concerning the subject. I noticed my unexpected weight loss almost immediately after switching to an organic diet.


My sixteen year old son had the same unexpected weight loss as well! So I researched some more to find out why this was. Neither one of us were trying to loose weight (I'm already thin), so what was the reason behind our weight loss?

What I found was alarming. There are over 10,000 chemical ingredients that do not have to be listed on food product labels! Some of these ingredients are disguised on the label as "spices" or "natural flavors". This is allowed because the food industry has lobby politicians to permit totally man made products to be classified as "all natural".


The food industry dose not care about your health, they care about making more money. They will lie, cheat and lobby to get more money.

Some of the above mentioned added chemicals are in put commercial foods to make you hungry! It's one reason so called "diet foods" don't help you loose weight, they're not really meant to. Fat people make more money for them.


The hungrier you are the more food you'll buy, hence the more money they'll make. For the same reasons, they add chemicals to make the food addicting as well.

The only way to protect yourself from this kind of deception is to eat organic foods. The organic food label is the only food label that has strict regulations and inspections built in. Eating organic foods protects you from pesticides, chemicals, genetically modified organisms and food additives.


Many of these ingredients have been linked to cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity
and arthritis just to name a few.

Eat organic food and you will notice the changes in your health right away. Not only will you loose weight, your headaches will go away, you'll have more energy, better concentration and you will never look back to toxin filled diet again. It is truly a diet you can live forever.
