The Real Breakfast of Champions This is an example of an all natural weight gainer breakfast for the hardgainer.
My motto is; eat for energy and calories not for taste and pleasure.
I personally combine as much peanut butter, oatmeal, and slices of banana in one bowl and eat until I cannot eat anymore.
Instead of eating Frosted Flakes or Captain Crunch I replaced these sugary cereals with a body builder friendly breakfast.
We are getting a great deal of whole grains, protein, fiber, potassium, and good fat from the peanut butter. You may also add a scoop of

for an extra source of protein.
Some may argue it is an acquired taste, but I have come to enjoy my oatmeal, banana, and peanut butter mixture every day.
