Saturday Divisional Round Breakdown by Monta
I have been way to busy at work.
So much so I haven't been able to have any follow up articles to last weeks predictions.
Isn't that just like work, getting in the way of all the fun.
Work, can't live with it can't survive without it.
Well I successfully predicted three of the four games last week.
The only mistake was the TB Bucs and NY Giants game.
In my article, I said that I flipped a coin to decide which team to choose.
I have since thrown that coin away.
This weekend is probably without a doubt the most exciting and entertaining weekend of the playoffs.
We get to see the top two seeds in each conference at home against the wild-card winners.
In this round, the home teams are more successful, at least that’s what I kept hearing all week.
Really, that is a big surprise.
Who would have guessed that the top two seeds in each conference are usually better than everyone else.
Green Bay Packers Vs Seattle Seahawks
This is a game with lots of ties and sub-stories.
Mr. Chunky going back to where he started his career as Mathuzelah’s back up.
Holmgren is going back to where he one Super a couple of Bowl titles.
Does anyone remember Hasselbeck’s prediction during overtime of the last playoff game?
Nice pick six dude. Brett Favre is playing better than he has played in years, I need some of what ever he is using.
The Packer’s Defense has been great this year and Seattle still doesn’t have a running game. Green Bay cruises to victory.
New England Patriots Vs Jacksonville Jaguars
New England has trouble stopping the run and Jacksonville has the ability to run over you like a freight train.
Jacksonville’s Defense is one of the best in the league who goes up against one of the best offenses in the NFL twice a year.
Jacksonville wants to prove that they belong as one of the best teams in the NFL. The Patriots have trouble running the ball.
So with all that said I would have to say that New England will find this game hard to handle…for about two quarters.
After that, Brady, Moss, and Welker will show Jacksonville that they are but little kittens in the NFL compared to the likes of the New England Patriots.
New England wins going away in the fourth quarter.
I am being told by my wife to help her out, which means I got to go for now.
I will finish tomorrows games later. Because if my wife ain't happy nobody's happy.
