The one body building sports supplement to consume on the go: water.

Many people neglect proper hydration techniques.

You should consume at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Bottled water can be pricey and unnecessary.

Any good quality tap water will do just fine.

Water will help pass unwanted toxins through our urinary tract.

You may find yourself going to the bathroom more than usual, but this is a good thing.

Consume the water through out the day. Avoid consuming large quantities at one time, as you want to avoid excess bloating.

The best way to get 8 glasses of water in your system each day is to carry around a water bottle or thermos and constantly sip.

Make sure your water is ice cold.

Another little trick would be to place a slice of lime or lemon in the water bottle to help soothe your pallet.

Try and avoid carbonated water if possible.

The carbonation will result in excess burping and will fill your stomach faster.

Good old tap water is over looked yet vital to a happier healthier body.
