I have been a weight lifter since I was a teen.

At sixteen years of age, I weighed 160 pounds and could bench press 265 pounds.

My Diet back then was not like it should have been with parents that did not exactly preach good eating habits of Healthy foods.

As the years went by, I began working more and working out less while my body grew in the wrong direction (out).

In my late twenty’s, it became apparent that something needed to be done to get back into some shape other than round.

At 5’6” and 225 pounds, I was not in the best shape of my life.

I then had to transfer out of state for my job and was fortunate enough to meet a couple of guys that lifted on a regular basis.

At thirty-three years, I soon learned that I could not only keep up with the kids, but I could kick their butts.

At thirty-four years old I could Bench 300 pounds!

That in it’s self was quite an accomplishment - But then life started to happen as it always seems to.

I began falling into my old habits and began adding weight and breathing harder doing normal every day activities.

Although I’m staying around 200 pounds, I still have a lot of Muscle and strength even though I haven’t worked out as much as I should.

Our very own Mr. IN_ALL_HONESTY at feedthevillage.com is much younger than this old man, I bet the old man can out lift him.

THIS IS A CHALLENGE for our young friend to show off his prowess and youth.

If he accepts my challenge, we will keep you posted on our results.
