I want to thank the local D&B tree company for destroying my shrubs and basketball hoop. It was really great working with you folks... your workers took off without acknowledging the fact that they had destroyed our property. The grass was beat to crap, there was a giant pile of left over gravel sitting on the driveway, scratch marks and cosmetic blemishes on the pole, a shattered backboard, and three shrubs destroyed beyond repair. It was not until my mom threatened to call her attorney that a D and B employee finally confessed to the damages. I completely understand that when it comes to removing large trees and excess brush that accidents may happen. The part I don't understand is why D&B would lie and not acknowledge the fact that there were a few minor complications? Honesty is the name of the game when it comes to business and customer service. Instead of getting mad I learned that someone else's mistake can be my fortune. I get a brand new Lifetime Basketball and Rim Combo  , the referral from the sale, and a lesson in business ethics. Thank you D&B.
