Cool Luxury Home Features: Multi-million dollar home: Pop up TV and Pop Up Bar

Have you ever driven by that huge mansion or giant home and wondered what the interior looks like inside?

Our mission is to show you not only what is inside this and other homes but how you can get the same type of design, features and functionality of the million dollar homes and mansions at fractions of the cost.

This particular home located in Indiana is approximately 12,000 sf finished and has some pretty cool features throughout the house including over $500,000 in custom cabinetry!

One of the immediately striking cool features is the Great room which is 20 x 40 feet - that is 800 sf and 20 feet high surrounded by balcony.

The homeowner jokes about that when the house was being built the crews had installed a basketball hoop at the base of balcony and would play basketball during their breaks and another suggestion was that it be rented out for weddings.

"The room was just so large that it needed something to break up the space."

Solution: A custom cabinet that easily holds the 65' DLP Television with a Bar on the back side to serve the sitting area in front of the fireplace and as a bonus the entire TV/Bar raises so that bottom of the television and bar are raised 4 feet 6 inches high.

"The television and bar are normally watched at the ground level with the doors open, but it is nice when we have company for an event - the Superbowl for example - we raise the TV and Bar so the it really provides a great unobstructed view of the TV for everyone on that side and enough seperation that those not watching the game can be in the same room yet can carry on a conversation."

This is the room that is most used so it had to be comfortable and cozy but large enough for gatherings of friends. This room is also a main entry area during the summer months as it leads to the outside fire pit and patio.

The cost of the pop up tv and bar in maple and cherry would cost approximately $20,000.00
