Tuna Nigiri by InAllHonesty

This is the perfect example of a fresh hand made tuna nigiri from Mai Place in Canton MA.

Nigiri describes the manner that the sushi is presented. Nigiri is a piece of raw fish on top of a bed of rice.

Notice that the tuna is a nice red color and appears fresh to the eye.

The fish is not slimy or smelly. The bold red is never mercy or discolored.

This tuna nigiri and served chilled is among my favorite foods of all time.

I could eat Tuna and Salmon nigiri every day of my life, I kid you not!

This is a great place for the sushi newbie to go after they have tried California rolls.
