God Continued

Now, one of the most interesting discoveries that has been made by a Human is the fact that around our world, in a 360 degree sphere, every other Galaxy that we've been able to spot is Red Shifted, which as discussed earlier, means that they are ALL moving away from us.
What this has told astronomers and physicists for quite some time is that the Universe is expanding.
We've all heard this before I believe.
Well, the trick to that is if the Universe is the size it is today then it was smaller yesterday and even a little smaller than that the day before.
Keep taking that line of thought back in time and you end up with one tiny molecule containing all the matter and energy in existence today.
This tiny ball of potential then collapsed on itself and resulted in a monumental explosion that spat out what we now call the Universe.
Scientists refer to this as the big bang and for years people who believe in the Big Bang have decried those that believe in a God as fools and suckers.
Well, if we cannot CREATE matter or energy, then where did that first initial ball of potential come from?
This does not prove that the Christian God exists or the Muslim God or the 8 Armed Elephant God of Hinduism - what this proves, I believe, is that SOMETHING is out there that is more powerful than you or I.
SOMETHING exists that is capable of breaking the laws that Humans are bound by.
I believe that the main thing that comes along with believing in a Higher Power is a sense of humility.
To get the idea in your head that you are not the end all be all of existence as many people today live.
You are not the top line of the line being in all the Universe - to believe in a Higher Power means to have a sense of humility and to respect that fact.
This theory of mine doesn't prove any dogma or religious text but it does give the idea that even though you believe in Science and think that all Religions are just stupid because they don't acknowledge evolution or the Big Bang etc. - this doesn't mean that you have to be so self-absorbed and purely egotistic to believe that there is nothing in this world greater than you.
Again, Science and God are NOT mutually exclusive - don't disregard one just because you believe in the other.
