Health and Fitness:Easy to make Healthy Drinks


Kick the soda habit with Cranberry (Fruit Juice) and Sparkling Water.

This worked very well for me, and I no longer drink soda.

I was never a big soda drinker like others I know, but I used to drink a glass every night with dinner.

In an effort to become more health conscious I looked for alternatives that would provide a similar result.

The only two things you will need are a bottle of flavored sparkling water and a bottle of all natural cranberry juice.

Make sure that the sparkling water and juice contain no artificial sweeteners or high doses of sugar per serving.

When served, make sure that both the water and the juice are ice cold.

Mix 20% cranberry juice to 80% sparkling water and you have yourself a sparkling juice creation.

The carbonation of the sparkling water and diluted all natural cranberry juice will give you your own all natural healthy soda.
