How to apply lipstick.

First, you want to make sure your lips are dry.

Second, you want to start with a sharp lip liner.

Line both top and bottom lip and try not to go

out of the line of your mouth. I like to use a

liner that is one shade darker than my lipstick

just to give dimension to your lips.

Third, apply a thin layer of lipstick to your top

and bottom lip. Stay inside the liner.

Fourth, after you have applied liner and lipstick,

blot you lips with a Kleenex lightly. You only

want to take off lipstick where you may have put

it on too thick.
