How Much Water to Drink by InAllHonesty

Knowing how much water to drink can make for drastic life changes. The body is composed of mainly water, so it is important that we remain hydrated at all times. You should be drinking AT LEAST 8 glasses of 8 oz. water per day. Sport drinks and fruit juices will work, but not as well as water. If you are going to drink any kind of juice make sure that the juice contains 100% fruit juice, or as close to it as possible. Sports drinks are packed with electrolytes, but also packed with sugar. You want to make sure that you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and then mix in the sports drinks during or post work out. During the summer and warmer months it is especially important to stay hydrated over the course of the entire day. Spread out the water consumption so you drink a glass every few hours. You do not want to feel the uncomfortable effects of bloating, which can cause an upset stomach. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and you will be on the path to a happier and healthier life.
