Tony Stewart driving a Toyota in Nascar is a perfect fit!

So you understand my background:

I grew up and still live in Indiana. I come from a family of General Motors employees, several generations. I grew up in a town that was all general motors based.

I watched the mass exodus of GM. I saw plant closings and multiple towns die, economies crumble, people out of work and no jobs to be had. I still to this day see blocks of empty buildings that are reminders of what used to be.

As I said I am in Indiana. Here are the facts. While the big 3 are exiting the local economy it is Toyota that has built plants, revived communities, provided jobs and given hope to areas of the state that otherwise would have spiraled into horrible conditions.

Tony Stewart is also from Indiana and I appreciate his Cowboy spirit.

I know not everyone appreciates Tony Stewart in this world of being politically correct, but for me - he is Old School NASCAR. One of the few that I could see in a backyard brawl with Kyle Petty.

I not only support the move by Stewart I would have probably been shocked if it were anyone but him that lead the way and broke the mold.

Now all he has to do is back up the decision by winning!

Win with Toyota - Sell more Toyotas and keep the jobs coming.
