I've seen people buy puppies to their kids, so they can play with them as if they were a toy. What does a kid know about the required care a pet needs? Then, when the puppy bites the kid, the adults get rid of the animal and blame the puppy for what happened. What about when the puppy gets sick because the owner doesn't take it to the vet? When the pet is close to dying, is when the owner decides to take it to the vet, with only one thought in their minds..."I wonder how much it will cost." Finally, the poor animal dies, and the adults simply buy the kid another one to avoid seeing the child cry for the one who died. ANIMALS ARE NOT TOYS!!! STOP THE IGNORANCE PLEASE!
