Diet Pill Intake Must Be Monitored

I began to have problems with the area that seemed to be where my gall bladder is located. I saw a doctor and had a gall bladder ultrasound. The results came back normal.

The pain I described to the doctor didn't make sense because when I went to the doctor, there was no pain at the time. She pushed in different areas of my stomach to make sure and said if it were my gall bladder, it should have hurt when she pushed in that area.

Beef seemed to be one of my worst enemies. Whenever I would eat it, I would wake up all during the night hurting. In the meantime, I had been trying different brands and types of diet aids. There are diet pills that make you feel more full so that you won't be tempted to eat as much. It never dawned on me that this could be one of my problems.

Then one day I realized that I had not lost enough weight to justify staying on the pills and still gained and lost within 4 pounds no matter which brand I tried. I stopped taking the pills and my stomach aches were reduced to only when I ate beef. So, the problem was that my compulsive eating habits had become so bad that even though I was taking pills that helped fill my stomach, I still ate too much and caused digestive problems.

I felt extremely silly once I realized that my eating habits had taken over to the point of almost ruining my digestion. Who knows what sort of damage could have been done if I had not discovered the real problem!

Not only that, the diet pills I had tried were beginning to cause me to have anxiety attacks which stopped once I stopped taking the pills. The fact that I must monitor every little thing I put in my mouth became abundantly clear to me.

I realized that behavioral problems can be a result of diet pills. So many times the behavioral results are blamed on psychological issues. Well, I suppose in a way, there was a psychological issue, but the pills magnified the problem.

So, please be aware that when you are working on trying to lose those extra pounds, you must understand any and all changes in your overall health, not just your figure! Stomach pains and anxiety attacks can be brought on or intensified by your diet aids.
