Today, I have seen something that I never thought I would. The Texas State Appellate Court threw out the CPS orders and declared them and their actions Illegal. This Court ordered that within 10 days the lower court Judge must rescind her protective orders passed by request of CPS. This decision will surely be appealed but the Appellate Court gave a thorough and decisive statement that NO evidence was given to substantiate any of the "Child Endangerment" claims, NO evidence was given to substantiate ANY police action against these people and that NO evidence exists to continue to isolate these children from their parents.

Today was a glorious and very special day for the rights of American Citizens. The militarized Federal and State Governments were given a statement that our rights STILL EXIST and that the Government cannot do whatever the hell it wants. When groups of people decide to live together in large numbers, be it Militias, Churches or communes, the Government immediately begins Unconstitutional surveillance of these people and has many times in the last few decades taken force to put an end to it.

We must stop listening to the Political Propaganda spread by the Media and stop taking what they say at face value. If anyone believes what they are told simply because the television says it, then they are either willfully ignorant, mentally handicapped or simply flat out crazy. If you believe that the Media is not directly tie into the Government and its will then I invite you to explain exactly why the Government set of lies was given by each and every Television News Outlet. Please, the Citizens must wake up and understand that, while you may not agree with others do, the Freedom that we should all cherish so much means that we can determine our own destiny and unless we force the Government to recognize and abide by the Rights and Restrictions placed upon them by our Nations legal basis, The Constitution, then they will steadily and unyieldingly usurp and undermine everything our people hold dear.
