Nutritional Supplements- Protein Bars

During my time of meeting with a personal trainer, I learned about the importance of Protein Bars in maintaining a healthy weight.

In fact, I was shocked when she told me that I needed to be eating something every three hours.

Constantly keeping your body fed helps keep your metabolism in high gear burning fat.

Eating sources of Lean Protein helps build lean muscle, which helps your body Burn fat.

She recommended Pure Protein bars as good after workout or in between meal snack.

I have tried several protein bars, and I have to say these are the best tasting.

Surprisingly, they are also one of the better choices health wise.

Many protein bars are loaded with sugar and tons of calories, with less protein.

The chocolate peanut butter flavor, packs in 20g of protein , 0g trans fat, and only 2g of sugar.

They also have only 190 calories.

They do a good job of keeping hunger pangs at bay until the next meal.

They really do taste like a candy bar, so don't go overboard, only eat one in-between each meal.
