Home Made Facial Scrub

For radiant and fresh-looking skin, you can make your own facial scrub. Just mix a little baking soda and water and use it as a facial scrub. This is a low cost, and very effective, alternative to high-priced scrubs. The baking soda has just enough fine "grit" to exfoliate and lift off dry, dead skin cells.

It leaves your face feeling soft and wonderfully fresh. It is natural and does not contain perfumes that might irritate your skin. I love the way my face feels after using this scrub. Just keep a box in your medicine cabinet.

Wet your face with warm water and then put about a tablespoon of soda in your palm and mix in just enough water to make a paste. Rub this mixture in a circular fashion over your face and then rinse when done.
