Work Out Plan- Fitness- Still goingI have lost another 15 inches and 2 pounds. My total loss so far is 35 inches and 10 1/2 pounds. I have found that taking water aerobics is my favorite and I really feel like I get the most benefit from it as opposed to walking and biking. I do water for 70 minutes on Wednesday and I'm going to add a Monday morning class also. Well, I hope to see you next week with even more loss. Till then.........
